Problem 1: The adhesion between the PE protective film and the protected product is not firm, and the phenomenon of falling off during transportation and use occurs. The reason for this problem is exactly the opposite of the previous problem. The biggest possibility is that the protective film product is in production. The viscosity of the pressure-sensitive adhesive used at this time is not enough. Another possibility is that the pressure of the pressing machine used by the user when making the mold is not enough, or the surface of the profile is not clean, there is dust or paint, etc., which affects the sensitive adhesive. The paste effect! If this problem occurs, it is necessary to target the cause, prescribe the right medicine, replace the sensitive adhesive to increase the pressure of the film, or pay attention to the effective cleaning of the surface of the profile when the film is applied to avoid such problems.
Question 2: The protective film performs well in the middle after a period of use, but the wings at both ends are raised. The main reason for this phenomenon is that the protective film is stretched to a large extent during the pasting process with the protected profile, and the sticking is good. In the future, in the case of high temperature environment, unnecessary retraction occurs. This problem mostly occurs in the products of southern customers. Therefore, during the production process of PE protective film, attention should be paid to the impact of environmental temperature difference on the use of products. During the pasting process Avoid unnecessary surface stretching.
Question 3: The most frequently reported problem by users is the degumming problem of protective film products. This problem is most reflected in the profile protective film. When the user tears off the protective film from the surface of the profile after the installation and construction of the profile, the protective film shows the viscose. It does not follow the protective film, but remains on the profile product, which is the last thing users want to see, because it is very troublesome, and a special person is required to scrape the glue off the profile, which is particularly labor-intensive and time-consuming. There are many possibilities for the problem. The biggest possibility is that the pressure glue used for the protective film product does not meet the regulations, that is, it is too sticky. As a result, when the PE protective film product is peeled off, the external tension is greater than the internal stress, and it remains on the profile. . If the user has this kind of problem, you can use a clean cloth to dip a little alcohol, and wipe the residual sensitive adhesive repeatedly until the sensitive adhesive is wiped clean, but it should be noted that when wiping, do not overdo it. Use force, otherwise it may affect the finish of the profile product.
Question 4: The protective film product is difficult to peel off. When the profile product is peeled off after installation, the protective film cannot be peeled off effectively. There are two reasons for this. One is that the sensitive adhesive used in the protective film product is not a special sensitive adhesive for protective film. In this case, the protective film is of course very effective when it is pasted, but it will be very difficult to peel off. This is also the most common problem of protective films produced by some illegal protective film product manufacturers. Another possibility is that The material used for the protective film master tape is too soft to withstand the pulling force during peeling, and it breaks during peeling, which is a very headache for users.
Question 5: Although PE protective film products can be effectively peeled off, there are still protective film performance words on the surface of the profile. This problem often occurs on some low-grade protective film products, because the protective film is combined with the protected profile. When there is a suitable environment such as sunlight and moisture, a chemical effect occurs.
