If the aluminum plate is not used for a long time, it is recommended that you do not use alcohol and other cleaning agents, but be patient and slowly tear it by hand. The tearing speed should be slow, and the direction of tearing should be at an angle of about 90° to the board surface, so that the viscosity of the protective film will not be reduced. Of course, you can also use a sharp knife to make some parallel marks on the protective film, the width of the parallel lines is about 10cm, but this should be done well, do not scratch the protective film after signing, otherwise it will hurt the aluminum composite panel, you can Do the test on the remaining aluminum composite panel first. But if you don't have a good grasp of it, try not to do it, otherwise the aluminum plate itself will not be worthwhile.
However, if the adhesive layer of the protective film has been in a semi-melted state, then the above method is not applicable. You can try to blow the surface with a blower, pay attention to the temperature is moderate, not too high, the specific temperature is tested by yourself , and then slowly tear it, it is best to put a layer of cloth or paper on the protective film of the aluminum-plastic board. If the protective film is torn off, there may be some glue left on the board surface, which can be wiped with kerosene or alcohol.
How to tear off the protective film of the aluminum plate? Finally, it is recommended that you stick the rosin on the towel, then gently scrub on the aluminum-plastic plate, and then tear it off. It is also best to tear it, that is, pull up the protective film and press the aluminum plate to the opposite direction.
