Common problems when using cold laminating film
Mounting is not sticky
1. The glue is too thin.
2. The cold laminating film has been placed for too long and its performance is aging. For example, the conventional laminating film is recommended to be used within one year, and in high-temperature storage areas, it is recommended to use within half a year.
3. The framed picture is not completely dry, and dark pictures such as red, black, dark blue, and dark green are more difficult to dry than light pictures. In winter, the ink contains antifreeze, so the storage time after printing should be doubled than in summer and autumn. Therefore, it is recommended that the mounted screen should be dried.
The framed painting has bubbles
1. The glue is too thin or the performance is unqualified.
2. The environment temperature is too low, which makes the PVC too hard.
3. The bottom paper is not flat.
4. The picture of the mounted material is rough.
5. Improper operation. During the mounting process, you should align it first, then cover the film, and place it for a period of time after mounting the film before rewinding.
