2. After the pressure is adjusted, the picture between the two shafts and the cold laminating film are withdrawn from between the two shafts. Ready to mount the film. 1. Mounting small picture (within 1.5 meters in length)
Press the cut cold laminating film (which should be slightly larger than the picture) between the two shafts (the film is down, the release paper is below), the front end of the cold laminator is pressed by the two shafts, and the adhesive film and the release paper Separate, pull the adhesive film to the back of the machine, wrap the upper roller, and place the release paper flat on the front working panel. At the position near the shaft, gently press the release paper with your hand to separate the adhesive film and the release paper as much as possible, and it will be mounted. Place the picture on the isolation paper and straighten it with your hands from the middle of the upper end of the picture to both sides, turn the machine, and evenly press the picture into the two rollers. Don't just push the two sides of the graph in. Carelessly press the front of the graph into the shaft in parallel, otherwise the part that is pressed into the shaft will gradually appear wrinkled and cause failure. If you are not sure about pressing the figure into the shaft in parallel, you can use 1 cm wide double-sided adhesive paper (2-3 cm in length) to glue the front end of the figure and the release paper together at three to four points. Note that you should stick it first. Stay in the middle and then gradually paste it in parallel to both sides

2. Large picture mounted (above 1.5 meters in length)
When mounting a picture over 1.5 meters, the most important thing is to prevent the picture and the film from deflection. The part that has just been pressed into the shaft is no difference, but it will be a thousand miles after a length. Therefore, the method of operation must be appropriate. When making a super long picture, first raise the upper axis to the maximum degree. Secondly, put the cold laminating film and the picture together, the cold laminating film is on the top, and the picture is on the bottom (the cold laminating film is on the top, and the front of the picture is close. Roll the back of the isolation paper into a cylinder, place one end on a clean ground, or poke it on the table, and pinch it with your hands. Do not misplace the picture film. Put the cold laminating film and the picture on the two axes at the same time. In between, at this time, someone needs to catch the picture and cold laminating film from the front of the machine at the back of the machine to prevent looseness and misalignment. Try to put it upright on the machine, level it, and then move the upper shaft parallel downward to adjust the pressure. Good (according to the adjustment method mentioned above) Press the cold-laminated film and the picture. In order to ensure that the picture and the film are not skewed, you can turn the machine first and try it again, but do not go out of the axis. For example, try If it is found to be skewed during walking, it should be operated again. If it is not skewed, you can stop the rotation at any position and lift up the cold laminating film at one end.
