1. Solvent ink flexo printing
Solvent ink flexo is a traditional printing method with good quality. Due to the low surface tension of the solvent ink, the requirements for the surface tension of the film are not as strict as other inks, so the ink layer is strong and the process is relatively simple. However, solvents are environmentally friendly and harmful to humans, and are a printing method that is about to be phased out.
2. UV ink flexo printing
The cost of UV ink flexo printing is high, but the requirements for the surface tension of the film are relatively not strict. Generally, manufacturers use water-based inks for printing, and UV coating can reduce costs and increase printing effects.
3. UV ink embossing
UV ink embossing is a printing process with good printing quality and high efficiency. It is the most developed and most suitable printing process in China. Since domestic embossing equipment generally does not have UV devices, film printing is limited, so equipment renewal and transformation are necessary conditions for printing films.
4. UV ink screen printing
UV ink screen printing is a new process that can be printed on a single sheet or on a roll, with high cost and good quality. Single-sheet printing does not need to be put on the shelf to dry, and roll printing can be performed at high speed.
5. Combination printing
Combination printing, also known as compound printing, is currently the most advanced printing method in the product packaging and printing industry in the world. According to different pattern designs, several methods are used to print on the same pattern to achieve the best visual effect.
6. Water-based ink flexo printing
Water-based ink flexo printing is the most advanced printing method in the world today, with low cost, good quality and no pollution. However, the process requirements are strict, the surface tension of the film must be above 40 dyne, and there are strict requirements on the pH value and viscosity of the ink. This process is a process that has been developed vigorously in China, but it has been slow to develop due to equipment limitations.
7. Ordinary resin ink printing
Ordinary resin ink printing is the most commonly used method. Due to the drying problem, there are two drying methods: cut a single sheet and put it on the shelf to dry. This method takes a long time to dry, covers a large area, and is easy to smear and re-film. Wrap the undried ink between the films, and pay attention to avoid laminating on the publication to prevent laminating failure.
